The upper level of the townhouse can be rented as a separate apartment of two bedrooms, a kitchen and large dining area, and a palapa shaded balcony overlooking the front garden. The front bedroom, which opens onto the balcony through french doors, is decorated with Japanese woodblock prints and serigraphs. There is a television with roku and firestick streaming and internet service. This apartment will accommodate up to five guests.
